Exosens est spécialisé dans la conception et la fabrication de capteurs électro-optiques et d'équipements de haute précision. 

Nous proposons un stage au sein d’une équipe internationale et au cœur du service Export Control. 

Ce stage vous offrira une première expérience concrète et formatrice dans le domaine du contrôle des exportations.

Missions

Au sein du service Export Control, le stagiaire participera à la structuration et à la mise en conformité de notre base documentaire, dans un environnement soumis à des réglementations strictes (domaine militaire).


Les missions principales seront :

 

  • Inventaire, tri et classement des dossiers existants (licences, certificats…)

  • Numérisation et indexation des documents papier

  • Mise en place ou amélioration du plan de classement électronique

  • Participation au suivi des délais de conservation réglementaires

  • Appui administratif au service

  • Mise à jour d’un outil de suivi

Profil recherché

  • Niveau Bac + 2 , Gestion des administration ou BTS  commerce et gestion 

  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et discrétion absolue

  • A l’aise avec les outils bureautiques (Excel, voire Power BI)

  • Un intérêt pour le commerce international ou la réglementation est un plus

 

Conditions

  • Gratification selon réglementation en vigueur.

  • Horaires : 35 heures
