Ramp up for high volume production is taken care of by other teams in the production department.

The product delivery team also provides feedback to the development teams to ensure the designs take manufacturability into account.

The Product Delivery Group is the first contact point in case production finds R&D related issues in production, such as issues caused by design flaws or by discrepancies with the product specifications. The Product Delivery Group is the first point of contact inside the R&D department in case customers report issues that cannot be handled by the customer support and production teams.
