VS20 OEM VIS-SWIR

The Exosens Imaging VS20 OEM is the integration-focused version of the VS20 Series. Unlike the CAM variant, it is supplied as a compact camera core without a complete external housing, allowing equipment manufacturers and system integrators to embed VIS-SWIR imaging directly into their own products, enclosures or optical systems.

The camera core integrates the CQD-based image sensor, front-end electronics, processing and I/O boards. It covers a spectral range from 400 to 2000 nm with a VGA resolution of 640 x 512 pixels and a frame rate of up to 400 fps. Its 120 dB dynamic range and linear output capability support demanding imaging and optical measurement applications.

The VS20 OEM provides GigE Vision connectivity through an RJ45 connector, GenICam compatibility and flexible hardware or Ethernet triggering. An optional C-mount lens mount and heat sink can be added according to the integration requirements.

Without the optional lens mount and heat sink, the camera core measures 82.8 x 40.0 x 40.0 mm and the sensor and PCBA assembly weighs 102 g. The complete assembly weighs 251 g when the lens mount and heat sink are included.

This variant is designed for customers who need the imaging performance of the VS20 Series in a smaller, lighter and customisable format that can be integrated into a dedicated system.
