VS20 CAM VIS-SWIR

The Exosens Imaging VS20 CAM is the complete, housed version of the VS20 Series. Unlike the OEM variant, which is designed for customised system integration, the CAM variant combines the sensor, processing electronics, thermoelectric cooling, interfaces and C-mount within a compact enclosure. It is intended for users who need a complete camera that can be connected to an industrial or laboratory imaging system without developing a dedicated housing.

The VS20 CAM uses a CQD-based sensor covering the visible and short-wave infrared spectrum from 400 to 2000 nm. It provides a VGA resolution of 640 x 512 pixels at up to 400 fps, together with a 120 dB dynamic range and optical power measurement capability. Integrated image processing includes non-uniformity correction, linearisation and defect pixel correction.

The camera features a GigE Vision interface with an RJ45 connector, GenICam compatibility and flexible hardware or Ethernet triggering. Its full-thread C-mount supports compatible optical configurations. The camera measures 98.7 x 50.0 x 50.0 mm and weighs 450 g. It operates from a 12 VDC power supply and consumes 11 W at 400 fps with the sensor at 25 °C.
