Unifying the teams and sharing knowledge is a great advantage for our companies and the promise of a future full of innovation” says Jérôme Cerisier, CEO of Photonis Group.
This merging process is a logical evolution in the development of Photonis Group that has entered a phase of expansion and consolidation of its leadership in innovative imaging and detection solutions all over the electromagnetic and optical spectrum.
Xenics (Belgium), joined the group since end of 2022 while Photonis has announced recently agreements to have Telops (Canada) and Proxivision (Germany) further join, enhancing all together technological development, innovation, competitiveness, efficiency, production capacity and reactivity in customer service. Some of these transactions are expected to be finalized in the coming weeks.
