Goal:
The Quality Assurance Engineer ensures the highest standards of quality and reliability are being followed in products, production processes and in way of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure adherence to specifications, standards, and customer expectations.
- Investigate and analyze defects or deviations from product specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes, testing protocols, and inspection results, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop and track key quality metrics to measure and communicate the effectiveness of quality control processes.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years in Camera Manufacturing industry
- English
- Communication skills
- Internal auditor certificate (is a plus)
- Thorough knowledge of quality management systems
- Masters problem solving techniques (8D, QRQC, ...)
