Quality Assurance Engineer

Goal: 

The Quality Assurance Engineer ensures the highest standards of quality and reliability are being followed in products, production processes and in way of working.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure adherence to specifications, standards, and customer expectations.
  • Investigate and analyze defects or deviations from product specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes, testing protocols, and inspection results, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Develop and track key quality metrics to measure and communicate the effectiveness of quality control processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in Camera Manufacturing industry
  • English
  • Communication skills
  • Internal auditor certificate (is a plus)
  • Thorough knowledge of quality management systems
  • Masters problem solving techniques (8D, QRQC, ...)
