CHEETAH+ 640 OEM
The Cheetah+ OEM version is based on an in-house developed, temperature stabilized InGaAs detector with a 640x 512 pixel resolution. The Cheetah+ 640 OEM delivers high frame rates of 1700 Hz. This OEM version is an optimal choice for high-speed imaging in the SWIR range, offering distinctive attributes such as high-speed, high-resolution and exceptional sensitivity in a reliable InGaAs array. The Cheetah+ OEM version is applicable to demanding applications like wavefront sensing, Free Space Optical communications, hyperspectral imaging, and semiconductor manufacturing inspection (including in-line inspections).
